Why is it so difficult to read the page?
We use a standard called CSS that was created by the
World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) to make sure
everyone
can read any web page reguardless of what browser, operating system or even physical disibility.
The font size is adjustable from your browser to enable people who cannot read the normal font size to increase the font size or
in the case of visually impaired, to use a 'screen reader' program to read the text out loud.
Sometimes a user accidentally changes the font size on their browser without knowing it by using a shortcut key, such as CTRL+Mouse wheel in Internet Explorer.
We provide this section of our page at a fixed font size to help people who accidentally changed their font size to change it back.
