Angelika's Yummy Tummy Dill Dressing
Ingredients:

1 cup granulated Lecithin

1 cup of virgin olive oil

1 tbsp of Mayonnaise

1/8 cup of flaked nutritional yeast

3 cloves of garlin (or to taste)

1/8 cup of spring water

1/4 cup of chopped Dill

2 TBS of chopped Basil
Directions
Put all liquids in a blender. Add the rest one at a time briefly blending each individually. After all ingredients are well blended, check the consistency and if it is too creamy add a bit more oil or water and if too liquid add a bit moreyeast or granulated lecithin.
This is fantastic as a salad dressing, as a spread, and especially yummy over baked spaghetti squash. If you try it on the squash, it is extra good to sauté some garlic and onions in a frying pan and then add the creamy dressing to the mixture after it has cooked. Add a dash of Feta cheese to the baked squash with yummy Dressing and you have a meal fit for a King~
