"No matter how an original piece of Clay Design stoneware or porcelain is broken or damaged, we will remake your exact item for 50% of the prevailing retail price plus the actual freight charges."

Our guarantee does not apply to promotional items, free merchandise, discontinued items or component parts such as ceramic lids, glass parts or wooden utensils.

Each Clay Design original is shipped with our Certificate of Authenticity that clearly documents our exclusive warranty. Keep this special document in a safe place.
