In order to redeem our ½ price remake guarantee, all we need from you is evidence that the item is broken or damaged and your Certificate of Authenticity.

You can send us a digital image of the damaged item or send us a chard of the piece. We require that you provide us with the unique serial number that is inscribed on the bottom of the item and the original Certificate of Authenticity that is included with every item that we ship.

As soon as we validate your item as a Clay Design original, we will produce and ship your replacement piece within our regular Production Lead Time.
