Angelika's Mediterranean Pizzarella
Ingredients: Hummus Large sized Tortillas- rice, corn, or flour Mushrooms Cooked Squash (the deeper orange the better) Onions (chives & red onion) Feta Cheese Toasted sesame and sunflower seeds Fresh Dill Yummy Tummy Dill Dressing Unmitigated JoyDirections Cook your squash so that is is tender and then take out the seeds. In this order, Put hummus, squash (sliced or mashed), Mushrooms, sliced onions, and Feta Cheese on top of the tortilla. Preset the oven to 450 degrees and when it is heated put the Pizzarellas on a cookie sheet on the second shelf of the oven and bake for 15 minutes. The edges of the tortilla will be brown and crispy. Once they are removed immediately add chopped chives and dill and then sprinkle on the toasted seeds & unmitigated joy~. If you have made the Yummy Tummy Dill Dressing already it is scrumptious on top of the Pizzarellas. (under the Dill & Chives)~ A meal fit for the likes of Leonardo Di Vinci and Us!
