Letter limits and the total number of lines are clearly defined for each of our items.

Letters, punctuation marks and spaces are counted in the maximum letter count for a line on a piece. On certain items we do allow a few extra letters, spaces, or punctuation marks to be included beyond the defined monogram limits.

We want you to create exactly what you desire. We will do everything we can to facilitate your needs.

There are physical limits to every item. It is possible we may have to reject your request if we cannot fit it on the item.
