We do not correct item numbers or obvious spelling, punctuation & grammatical errors.

For example, if you order a 1.5 Quart Oval Baker with the monogram, "Chriss's Ice Cream" we will not challenge the validity of the monogram or the item number.

In the above example, the spelling and punctuation are incorrect and the words, "Ice Cream" probably do not apply to our Oval Casserole Dish. However, based upon over 30 years of producing personalized pottery it is more than likely that the customer wants this monogram just as they have ordered it.
