Personalized Orders
It typically takes 14 business days or sooner to produce your personalized order. Each piece is unique and created just for you. We monogram the item and then fire it to 1,500° F. After the firing, the item must be carefully inspected for quality before we can ship.

Rush Orders
If you need it faster than 14 days, then please specify which items you would like rushed in the comments box on the checkout page. Rush Orders cost an additional $10.00 per item for the rush service. If you select the rush service we will ship within 5 days or sooner from receipt of the order.

Open Stock Items
If you are ordering an open stock item then we generally ship open stock items within 48 hours of receipt.
